ok well i went searchin threw my comp to free up space deleting programs and such, and i came across these

now im wondering can i delete these without screwin anything up?

and wtf are they?

Those can be gotten rid of as long as you do not plan to uninstall any updates or service packs.

Why??? Why remove unistall packs??? They don't take hardly ANY room up. And what if you find a service pack interferes with a critical operation/process on one of your TP software/hardware? It comes down to, the reward hardly warrants the risk. ( <--- risk analysts)

on my computer, just a couple of them are over 500megs, I think that if you really need the space, and have been running fine with the updates, go for it.
