Is this posssible to an extent so that external programs run on your computer to find your history can't find it? My dad says hes gonna bring a program home that will check what I did on my computer.

I was thinking, and I typed in "Logs" in the Run thingy, and I came up with this:

Can I just delete those Wordpad items?

If someone can direct me to a good, thourough internet erasing history program, that would be awesome.

I don't want him to know ive been on these forums :)

Why don't you want him knowing you've been on these forums?

Anyway, I see you're using FireFox there, go to internet options and delete all the cache and history.

Then search C:\ for Internet temp files, then local internet temp files - or something similar to that wording.

Delete all of that - but won't your dad find it suspicious that you have NO history or cache if you do this?

Don't delete that, it's not something your dad's program can use, so I wouldn't suggest tampering with it.

Go to tools at the top of the page. Click "Clear Private Data". That will delete your Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, and your History. That should take care of everything your fathers program will look for.

Use Privacy Mantra, and Crap Cleaner, you are gonna have to be careful using them because the wrong button could screw up your computer, but make sure when you use them you delete the index.dat file through them.

Here Privacy Mantra: http://www.codeode.com/privacymantra/

Crap Cleaner: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Before you do that though for whichever internet browser you use make sure you delete your tracks through it as well, when you are doing that make sure you delete your cookies.

Additionally, go to Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. It'll get most cookies and dll's you might miss outside of your history. Not necessary, but always good to do periodically.

Would be more simple to boot on another system, where his "spy" would not run ... such as a Knoppix LiveCD for example.

Possibly, but that hardly helps him with clearing his history now, does it? :)
