Recently I purchased my new System, which contained a 9800GT overclocked edition. I was wondering since I'm playing games such as Crysis, Crysis Warhead, or any other game I seem to hear a lot of noise from the fans. I have about 3 fans in my system. Is this normal?

Well yeah, you could even have more, for example : 1 for power supply 1 for CPU 1 for GPU 1 or 2 for extraction at the back of the tower 1 at the front to suck fresh air from the outside and help the flow going to the back ^^

Well, if you think it's too noisy, you may either play with headphones or go watercooling :p

Yeah, time to start worrying is when it's gone silent. Since that most likely means its not cooling, which is only trouble.
