Morgster note i did say that as a joke then gave you a realistic set-up for £200 you could probly get a good Mobo & Processor but no good GPU as you would only have about £20 left.... yes folks thats rip off britain for you.

If you are going to upgrade to 939 get CPU - AMD 3200+ Venice Core Mobo - Any PCI-Express (i dont really know much about mobo's ask someone else) GPU - At least 6600GT tho preferably 6800GT

EDIT: Forgot the Ram

Ram - What Ram you have at the moment, because mixing different ram types ISNT good maybe get a new set of 1GB ram (Corsair or OCZ)

Well 754 is still good today. But it be a good idea to wait a little longer. AMD new socket M2 coming out soon. But if you need a new computer now then I guess its ok to go and get a 3700+ S754 with 1GB of ram and a 6800GT or X800 XL.

Do as RemanWarbird said: Buy another 512Mb of ram, or 1GB and a X800 256MB.

I've got one and i play Battlefield 2 DEMO at MAx graphs with anti-aliasing full and antistrophic filtering high. No Lag at all! The X800 owns.

wikwakkaThe X800 owns.

I had a X800 256mb before i got my X800XT from a great deal on newegg, they are pretty good cards, easily faster than a 6600GT. Pretty good overclockers too if you got some good cooling.
