Has it always run slow? Or did this just happen recently? That video card isn't exactly anything good for gaming.

Yeah I believe the reqs for that game state at least a 6600GT GPU, and yours is only integrated, which is never as good. Besides being less powerful it would have shared memory.

Another vote for the video card being the issue.

IMO, it's mainly the SiS thing...not even sure I would consider it a graphics periferal(sp?).

Also, you only have some 700MB of ram, more would help.

The P4 is also a factor as well....since they are outdated.

I'm not saying that you go all out and purchase a new rig (or create one...which usually ends up cheaper than a pre-built one)...however, you may seriously want to get a new gfx card.

Adding a graphics card to a P4 with 700MB RAM? I bet it doesn't even have a PCI-e slot.

How demanding is warcraft 3? I don't know when that game came out or anything.

If the computer has an AGP 8x slot, he can get kind of okay cards.

WC3 will play with anything from a geforce 3 and above. So he shouldn't really worry about getting something too fancy or expensive.
