I have a amd 3400 and i was curious not just for my system but for just say, the average everyday comp. Whats the average temp in c. i seem to be running at 51c now, is thier a chart or something i can goto to see what the temp should be rated at????...
AMD is known to produce more heat. 51cmight be to hot forsome people but should suffice for normal usage. In worst case you are shortening your CPU lifespam because of heat damage. Get a casefan or better CPU fan if you want to address the problem..
welli run 55 at top graphics, 41 is idle speed.. wasnt sure if this is bad or pretty good??
The perfect tempurature for a computer to run at is 0 degrees but they usually run at 20-25 degrees is a good tempurature.

20-25 is very good, normal is in the 40s, 50s is when you should start thinking about better cooling, 60s is when you need to shut off your computer and dump your case. The lower the better, unless you have water cooling, below 0 is great.
okay i got mine down to 38c in idle and 42 in game, thats with the thermaltake v1000d case with the aerocool high tower dual fan setup... is it really worth getting liquid cooling???
My cousin overclocked a 300 mhz CPU to 1.3ghz and it actually worked for the time that they used it. . . all because he stuck it outside, covered in snow, and it was about - 25C out lol.
lol thats to funny, whats the best water cooler out day for amd 3400 ??
