If you have chosen to purchase any product from Creative Labs such as sound cards etc, please be aware that this company will not support there products beyond the 1 year warranty. The other issue with creative is that they discontinue their models so quickly that inherent problems get by and since they are no longer in production anyway, parts and service are not available etc. The only thing you can do after that warranty is to pay third party vendors $30.00 an hour to tell you your equipment is broken and to buy another unit. This is a very questionable business practice at best. " CONSUMERS BEWARE OF CREATIVE LABS! ":smokin:

You mean they won't give you support outside the time they've specified? No wai!!!!!11111

I'm probably responding to some retarded troll but still, I've never had an issue with my Creative sound card.

Creative's support sucksass. This is very old news, spanning multiple milleniums. I finished beating that dead horse.

I used to like Creative because their cards had exclusive technologies like EAX and were supported by just about every game. Nowadays it is difficult to find a proper driver for their cards.

Heh, that's only one of the reasons not to use Creative crap.
