Hey all, I just hooked up my D-Link DI-624, and loaded and updated Halflife to version 1.1.1.0 When i click on multiplayer, however, on rooms or servers show up on the server list. I'm assuming it's because of the router, but I have no idea what I have to change to allow this to work. Does anybody have any experience with this particular router, or is there something generic to most routers that i need to do?

my d-link router is wired but that shouldnt make a dif.........go to "My Network Places" and there should be a d-link icon....go in there and disable some of the ports....try the game...if it doesnt work, close that port and try another...do that till the game works....also if u have a firewall, ie the XP SP2 firewall make sure it isnt blocking the game

I looked in My Network Places, but there's no D-Link icon. I also tried turning off Windows Firewall, but still no-go. This is irking me...

It also says that my executable is out of date, but when i let it search for updates it says there are none. I just updated to 1.1.1.0, so i don't know what can be out of date...
