Every now and then on my brother's PC, a message appears from 'Coca Cola' saying that he has won a free beverage holder. Then he clicks the okay button to get out of it, and his CD-ROM drive pops out!

Oh God, it's funny, but now it's just annoying, how do I get rid of it? Panda, Avast!, McAfee, Norton and AVG fail to detect it.

NEVER , click ok if pop-ups come up saying things like "click ok for your free" If you get pop-ups clicking cancel take "take" over the internet browser. It's best if you get these pop-ups , to close the internet browser and or tab. I will say try re-installing your internet browser.

Manually check the process, find it's location, and delete it? That's what I ususally do for such things.

Well, now that Homer has provided the information about the problem program, I would use the Windows search function, and try to delete the .exe file from where ever it is hiding in your brothers computer.

Hopefully it hasn't barried itself somewhere importaint, like your WINDOWS folder.

You never, ever click those pop-ups that say something like this for an example: You are the 1,000,000 vistor! Click here for your free prize! Those pop-ups are all rubbish
