i think that is a standard wall charger. they call it a travel charger because it can be packed with you and used while traveling, like on vacation.

you would need somthing along the sides of a converter

i dont think the one you picked would work

Yes, as you are requiring a european charger, this will work (even with the shuffle, it has a place to plug that into it)

or you could use a standard converter and plug the ipod's charger into that
