Firefox has stopped working and I can't stand IE, I must get it to work!

Here's what happend: Firefox asked me to update a few things (my theme and an updated download manager plug-in). And now I can't start Firefox!

m00t.bmp /me tear off some wads of hair from hes head. I've tried to uninstall (including deliting the folder) and install it several times but it doesn't help. I don't think I can stand IE so much longer, I really need your help guys.

It is caused by having an extension that is installed which isn't compatible with Firefox 0.8. Tabbrowser Extensions (TBE) is the most common culprit in this case.

The Firefox developers have released info regarding the issue

You fixed it by now? or didn't you have time yet?

I myself am a proud FF user (IE makes me :barf: ) but i never had such problems before. Glad to hear that you didn't result into using IE! I rather die then go back to IE.
