:moved: Can you disable JavaScript with FireFox? I would think you're redirected via it... [edit]I use Mozilla 1.7 version, so maybe this menu is not available with FireFox. Check it out.[/edit]

General Dzur **EDIT** I found the option to disable Java and JavaScript. I just disabled JavaScript, not Java, and it seems to have fixed the problem. Could there be a JScripting exploit that some of the FileFront ad's are using? Because it looks like I'm downloading some data from those ads and they're re-directing me. - stephan

Many ads are hosted in many places. So what you're downloading is normal. I know for sure GF is using some JSs, but I have no idea about the ads. So far, I never had such redirect, so I would say you probably have a spyware. Turning JavaScript off was the simple way to get rid of the redirect, but not of the spyware. I'm not a specialist of such craps, so I can't really help you. Try to update your spybot(s) and see if it works. :clueless: There is some spywares I had a lot of pain to get rid of. Good luck.

Well since a few days i do et redirected too (dutch) huge ads (ones a day) when accesing GF (not when vissiting any other site, not even at start up) on two different machines ussing firefox. It looks like that instead of trying to open a pop-up (which you will get ones a day) it now opens in the main window itself. :uhm: Might be because n0e recently started working on removing the popup for fastpass users which perhaps causes fastpass user NOT to have popups but insteads redirect them to a full size add instead. Just guessing though, perhaps both of my machines are infected with spyware around the same time but that would be suprising coincidence.
