the only thing diff is the EVGA has a extra 4usb forts thats it down to the hardware

I believe that many of the EVGA boards are rebrand Jetway's, just some custom BIOS modifications, or so people say.

I did some comparrisons and I think your right...for 754 and 939 the boards look like the Jetway models....I suppose they switched to foxconn...now avoiding eVGA motherboards, never bought them, but had been considering it until now... I will stick with ABIT and ASUS.....

Foxconn is a massive OEM brand that has only recently started selling products under their own name. AFAIK most Intel-branded motherboards are built by Foxconn.

there is nothingv diff but the manufacture and placement of part on these 2 motherboards. i looked at th emanucatures websites sidebyside and came down to evga only has a USB extender pluged in to he mobo
