[COLOR=black]It only seems that MS cant quite grasp this "upgrade" capability.

I had exchange 2000 running (along with everything else) on a 9year old box with 2gb ram.

I recently bought a nice dedicated server for it to go on. Xeon cpu, 4gb ram, oodles of disk space.

Now Exchange 2000 doesnt seem to like having more than 2gb ram. Any more and the "virtual memory fragments"...oh frickin diddums.

what the beef is that?

oh hai, I see you just upgraded my ram, k, right...now am gonna fail...thx.

wow... 21 posts, and in under 30 seconds i just read two threads you started where you did nothing but complain about microsoft if you have a question ask it if you found a bug that you think other people should know about post it but dont just post calling it "microshite" because "you" cant get it to work, because i know of places that installed exchange on 4gb of ram and it worked seriously, just complaining like that makes you sound immature

however, as far as exchange 2000 goes, what are you trying to do with it? im assuming you migrated over the old files from your old server? maybe thats where the problem lies, you messed something up there? have you tried just running it clean with a new test account and see if that exchange server will work?
