Hey, I haven't seen this on the forum, so I'll just post it. There are a few flash sites on the net which play some pretty good tunes that aren't exactly downloadable. (Not copyrighted, checked) And I'd like to get em in any form (mp3, wav, anything), but I can't find a way. My friend said I could internally get em through a mic or recorder (I have) but he doesn't exactly know how to get em that way. Any help on this?

If you don't care about the quality so much, you could just use some program to record whatever is playing on the speakers. The program Audacity does a good job recording mono tracks of things that play through your speakers. You export them as wavs, and I personally convert them with a separate program to mp3s. This is how I would go about doing it.

Or simply use Windows Sound Recorder. WinXP: Start, All Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder Win98: Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder Linux: Sound recorder built in on most distros, forget location...

got to open in flash MX!
No way I can get a direct recording?
Actually, I have dowloaded Audacity, but I have a problem. Whenever I record something, it picks it up, but when I play it back, it's so very quiet with tons of grainy noise in the back.
