I need a convertor or need a web page so I can get a file converted. I dont want to spend 400 bucks just to look at a pic. Anyone know a free program I can use to do this?

There are lots of free programs that will convert photo file formats. What's the file type and what do you want to convert it to?

Personally, I'd suggest IrfanView for what you want to do. I have yet to find an image file it can't open.

IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide

I use FastStone Image Viewer, which is free. It converts most common image file types and has excellent retouching filters (resize, contrast, sharpen, etc).

For Windows, or Linux, I just use The Gimp.

For the Macintosh, nothing beats Lemkesoft's GraphicConverter.

Zamzar converts just about anything to anything else.

Enjoy.
