i dont no if any of you have heard of this or not but Google Chrome is the new browser in the wars. its only in beta at the current time but ive been using it about 10 mins and i seem to like it more than ie8 beta2.
there is also a comic that tells you about the features that was an interesting read so check it out and say what you think
I don't know man, it kinda gives me the creeps seeing the way anything you type in the address bar shows up as Google related examples in their demo. It's bad enough that anything you search for in normal Google is viewable anywhere on the net, now it's anything you type in your address bar.
yes I think that they are going to start invading sigs and possibly even your fridge, some other thing could be like games ( a google game :P) and torrents, movies, music, cars, sleep, and donuts, ( the google donut )
I can't click the middle mouse button to move the page up and down. :(
ya I get the same thing. also I found that when you are using the taskbar in hide mode you will not be able to make it unhide.
Not having any problems with the Taskbar in Windows XP.

I must say, I am impressed. Google has done a good job on this browser.
Powered by Webkit, created by KDE for Linux, enhanced by Apple for Safari, now adopted by the mighty Google itself.
This brings a tear to my eye. Even if Google is scary.
This browser seems pretty nice thus far. Think I'll give it a shot for awhile.
I love how clean this damn thing is, so much viewable space.
Seems to work just as good as Firefox too.

oh ya see I am running vista premium and its not working. but it looks like from the screens they have been using it with xp (oh an image into the mind of the giant they are using xp not vista =p ) and so it will proly work if I change the settings and put it back to normal windows (like in 2000)
Works fine for me (running 32bit Vista Ultimate). I do like it quite a bit. I wouldn't switch over from Firefox, though. There are a few things I like and dislike. I do like the Incognito Mode of the browser. While similar to Safari, the security part of Safari on Windows did worry me. That's one worry off my chest with Chrome, as the security does seem quite adequite. My main dislike comes from the ads, which probably won't make Chrome my default browser anytime in the future. I doubt Google would get rid of ads, for obvious reasons.
