:) I got a new Pc built for Christmas, The spec is as follows:

AMD Athlon 64-bit 3500+ Winchester 90mm Asus A8V Deluxe Motherboard 1024mb DDR Ram Geforce 6800 1x 120gb Hd 1x 250gb Hd Aluminum Case I am not sure which graphics drivers to get for my graphics card, Forceware yes but there are so many different types and some are certified some are beta. The latest certified driver on nvidias website is 66.93 however there is a beta 67.02 and on another web site there is a 71.20 but with the latest graphics drivers the benchmarks drop ( http://www.guru3d.com/article/article/170/ ).:bawl: Can anyone please help on adivsing me which graphics driver I should get. Thankyou.

There's two ways of looking at this: Some people claim that if it ain't broke, you don't need new drivers. Oftentimes new drivers fix random bugs that may or may not affect you, and add enhancements and optimisations that may or may not benefit you. Others always have to have the latest and greatest. In a worst case scenario, just use the drivers that came with your card (you did get a driver disc with it, didn't you?). If you want to be more current but not necessarily bleeding edge, I'd recommend using the latest final (official, non-beta) drivers directly from nVidia. This option is probably best for most semi-savvy users. If you're really worried about gaming performance, you can always try out the Omega drivers, which are ostensibly tweaked for gaming performance and updated decently often.

Thanks for the help, are the omega drivers better than say the 71.20 drivers for gaming purposes, because I am looking to play games such as doom 3, HL2 and Farcry.
