Today i got a new Zalman VF700-AlCu cooler for my radeon x1650xt. I was sure that it will work, as radeon x1600 series is listed on "compatible cards" list. Well it doesn't seem to fit. Holes on the card and holes on the mounting mechanism don't match. Am i overlooking something here or is it actually incompatible? Anyone had a similiar issue?

And since i'm probably going to send it back to the store, can someone recommend me a cooler that's in about 20€ price range, that's actually compatible with my card? Because all radeon x1*** coolers i checked so far, only listed x1600 but none of them mentioned x1650, so this is getting me pretty confused...

They did change the design of the later 1650 cards, the earlier 1650GT was a souped up 1600 and the 1650XT had more in common with a 1950 card. Though from looking at the Zalman site, the card should fit.

Umm no, holes on the card are too far away from each other to match inner holes on the bracket, and neither is it possible to use any other combination (outer left, inner right for example).
