Ok first... this might seem dumb.. but is there a difference between a Graphics card and a Video card?
Secondly.. my video/hfx card is integrated onto my computer. Can someone tell me if its possible to upgrade or add onto what I have?
- Nope, they're one and the same.
- Depends. If your motherboard has an AGP or PCI-Express slot then you could upgrade to a more powerful card. If you only have PCI slots available, then it might not be worth your while to do so, as PCI cards are generally inferior and wouldn't provide as much of a performance boost as an AGP or PCI-E card. It depends on what kind of games you play, or what you intend to use your PC for. Of course, if it's a laptop we're talking about then an upgrade is, in most cases, impossible.
I have PCI.. apparently I can get a PNY geforce 6600.. or w/e.. is that worth it?
I not sure though but could you post all youre computer specs?
Intel Celeron 2.8 GHz, 0.99 GB of Ram. if you need to know more lemme know.. im not very good at this lol
how do you tell? O.o I didn't buy it.. came with the computer.
Im not so sure when it comes to your cpu though, somebody else should have a upinion on it.

Download Everest Home Edition. That will provide you with detailed information about your computer, including the chipset/motherboard.
If you know you only have PCI slots available, then I call BS on that claim that you can upgrade to a 6600 - which are PCI-Express cards. There's a difference. ;) At best you could upgrade to a Radeon x1300, however the PCI model is only available in Japan AFAIK.
