If it is the standard Windows XP Professional (which is 32bit) then you will need the 32 bit drivers. The 91.xx drivers from Guru3D are a beta, because nVidia only have the 84.21 drivers on their downloads section. Remember that betas are not finished versions, and there could be compatibility issues and other unknown problems. Basically the 32-bit drivers are for standard Windows XP versions, and the 64-bit drivers are for Windows XP 64. No offence but how can you not know what OS you have?

If it is the 64-bit OS then it would be called "Windows XP Professional x64" or something. I'm sure Everest would be able to tell you exactly what you have if you aren't sure, which you can get from here

System Properties will say what version you have. Right click My Computer and go to Properties. Most likely you'll need the 32-bit drivers because even most AMD64 users don't have the 64-bit version of XP.
