Well, I am running windows xp pro. All of a sudden, the switch users screen won't go on. Instead it is a box where i have to type user name. I have no idea where it came from. I go to control panel and user accounts, and click change the way users log on, but it says that NetWare Client Services have diabled the welcome screen and quick switch user tool. It tells me i have to uninstall it to change this. Which works out great, cause its not even in add/remove programs or the start menu. Someone please tell me how i can remove this program. PLEASE.

go to the Control Panel, and click on Network Connections then click on the Local Area Connedtion. click on Properties and in the scroll box look for any protocal that says NWlink. after that go back to User Accounts in the Control Panel, and make sure the quicl switch tool is activated and tehn try to quick switch.

Do I uncheck the boxes that have NWlink?
