ok so i was looking for updates on x11 and one said x11 2006 update so i installed it and then when i was throwing junk away i accidently through away my x11 application so then i went and downlaoded it again and now evry time i want to install it, it says this

and i dont have any x11 application anymore its because of that stupid update how can i fix it please help...im desprite thats how i skin, x11 starts up my gimp.:(

it says that you have a version installed, try to find it, then remove it and reinstall, it must be there or you would not be having that problem.

Fixed. ;) I belive that`s what you were trying to say.

Yeah, it seems that you already have newer version installed, so you can`t install older one without removing the newer one first. :nodding:

As far as I know, you can`t remove just the update. You need to remove entire program and reinstall it clean. But, why do you want to go back anyway? :Puzzled: Isn`t newer version better than older? :confused:

idk maybe you can find the newest x11 for me i cant all i found is one called x11 1.0 but i dosent install because of that problem

and what did you mean uninstall the whole program?

this is the version it wont let me install Apple - Support - Downloads - X11 for Mac OS X 1.0

ill get back to yeah later i have to go

Reinstall X11 from your OSX install disk.
