Hey, as some of you know, I recently reinstalled Windows. So I might ave lost some stuff to run this program. I used it to convert get_video (from YouTube) to AVI. Now I can't open it, here is the error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
Tech is where you'll find me..

First of all, what program are you trying to use to play back the video?
And since you just reinstalled Windows, you are probably missing the proper video codec. Install and run VLC media player:
It (in my opinion (and many others)) is the best media player for video, and it comes with almost all the codecs you'll ever need.
I can't play the video until I convert it. When you download a video from YouTube, it saves it as a get_video and is 0kb size. Convert it and then you have the video.

Right, the get_video should have a size.
If it is 0Kb it hasn't downloaded properly. Trust me. You'll want to download that again.
If you rename get_video to get_video.flv you can use VLC Player to play it without the need to convert it.
Not necessarily. I converted a 0kb get_video into a 7mb .avi file. I only found the the media converter I have (i got from here if you want to have a look: mediaconverter.org - the free online file converter) is the only one that can convert get_video's.
I would die without GF

With the appropriate MPEG codecs you can play FLVs in Media Player, or just about anything else.

Before you start downloading change the file end name to something like blhalbha.avi
