Hi guys Launched Microsoft update this morning to find that IE 7 had been released. So i downloaded it and i must say its not bad. I like the new gui and the tabs function (thank you mozilla) and overall it seems a bit faster. I was never a huge fan of Firefox (i found it slow and buggy nt looking 2 start a debate) so i think its nice to have some of the better ideas that were in firefox imitated in IE 7, hopefully there will be loads of plugins for it too! So i guess im pretty impressed and i havent noticed any bugs yet so i guess microsoft's open beta testing really worked. Whats your opinions? Have you noticed any bugs/new features i havent? Ali

to be fair it was a long time ago i used firfox, im sure its improved alot since then but really i dont want another program on my already slow hard drive. Ive just done big clear up and its still only 30% free (and not any faster might i add). but thats a bit off topic I'd recommend it to you though

Firefox will always be better than IE, no matter how far ahead in versions they get.

It's much faster and more user efficient.

I only seem to use IE7 when I click on a new email message icon from MSN Messenger. It appears to be similar in as Firefox but I have gotten used to Firefox 2.0 so I doubt ill be using IE.

Same here. All IE7 did was to take features from other browsers.

Try removing IE completely ;)

And I'm on Mac, so I can't even get IE  Not that I want it anyway, FireFox is all I need.

Tried it. It's better than before, but I find I'm still using Firefox as my browser of choice. No apparant reason for me to change...
