How do you do a registry clean?

If you have no idea how a registry works you shouldn't manipulate it. Read up about it first and export your registry before making any changes.
You can download some registry-cleaning program, but they don't work that well, you probably won't notice a difference after using it. If you really want to clean your PC up format your system-partition.

Google 'Registry Mechanic', but it's not free. Basically, as MrFancypants said, if you don't know how to use it, don't try to clean it.
yea, lol i didnt kno but changing one LETTER in the registery on one important part, lmao my computer never acted right again and i had to format :( so if u dont kno whats u doing, dont do it. the registry cleaners only looks for programs and such that are in ur registry and arent on ur computer anymore and safly removes them so u dont have "loose links" on ur computer is all
export your registry before making any changes.
Yes, that is very important. ALWAYS back up your registry, that way if something gets messed up, you can always restore it to the way it was.
