xephusIE and XP both use the alexa spyware (Though it's 'newer' effects are not fully understood at the mo) http://www.imilly.com/alexa.htm
versions prior to IE6 on XPSP2

I doubt Microsoft would be deliberatly placing spyware into their programs.

Firefox 1.5 is crap, on my side. Iv used its Windows, Linux, and Mac version and on all 3 it renders bad, crashes, slow, and feels like it wants to crash 24/7. Its older versions were a lot more stable and better. Main reason why I only use Mozilla 1.7.12. Stable like a rock, first browers Mozilla ever made, renders better and faster, not slow, better feautures like its cookie manager that you can go in and look at what cookies you want and delete the ones you don't want. But Firefox 2.0 alpha seems good, for an alpha its been more stable and faster than Firefox 1.5 was. Its never crashed on me and been rendering faster.

On IE, I really never liked it. Iv always liked Netscape. On IE troubles it was due because Microsoft really didnt make any big updates for it and left a lot of wholes in it that crackers were able to find. Mozilla been better because its always updated, which means it always fixed non stop.

But I did try out IE7, and I do say so my self, it is nice. Very fast and renders extreamly fast. I just hate its layout for XP, Vista it looks nice, but on XP it looks ugly.

I've tried it too, have kind of noticed the fast rendering time, but, I have had some problems on some sites. Like >>Real Life Comics<< It's got something like a huge band over a part where the comic is. Screenies (one with IE7 and one with Opera) I do realize that this IS a beta. Just pointing out that it does have some issues with some websites.
