(Code 10):bawl: so i went through all the troubleshooting stuff and still same problem so i powerd down and took out the new cards and put the old ones back in and gess what they both worked fine so i took the old ones back out and put the new ones back in still same problem so i swaped the new g-cards around to see if it was one of the cards that was the problem but still same thing. this error only happens with the new cards and only on my second pcie slot but both my old cards work fine on both slots so i.... i dont know any help would be appreacted thank you for reading dave

Sometimes it is a good idea to remove old drivers, before installing new ones. I would suggest that you put one card in only remove any Nvidia drivers, folders, etc, then switch off. Put in both cards and let windows find them. Then install your new drivers.

or

for the item that gives you a code 10, delete it's driver in the pane or just left click and remove hardware, again let windows find it.

Do not know how many PCIE slots you have, tried in different slots? An interupt problem perhaps?
