Well for starters do you have any anti-virus programs installed, such as Nortons? If not get it and run it. Also download spybot and adaware and search for spyware.

As for your expired programs you will either have to register it or uninstall it and reinstall and start the trial over (if that is possible with those)

Hi, Welcome to FF/GF :)

Download [HijackThis] and extract the file to its own folder. Store the file somewhere handy, such as C:\HijackThis.

Execute the file and select the option to perform a scan, followed by the option to save a logfile. A text document will appear with the logfile, for which you can post here for review.

Please do not fix anything unless you either know for sure that it is safe to do so or have been instructed to do so by somebody with experience in using HJT, such as myself.

What exactly is Norton saying? It can't run or it is not finding anything when scanning?

Regards, M_M

First of all ill recomend a good program called called Ewido. it's a trial but it would probily get rid of that trojan horse. And for the trial programs, uninstall and reinstall it. Otherwise get the internet.

Please go to this site http://www.mypccenter.com - run a full scan and post the report link here - it will show all hardware/software information and will help finding the reason for your problem.

The report will show all software installed and will help me see what the problem is with your machine; I am using it all the time with my clients

It depends, do you know the name? If so you can google it and there some site bound to have the answer.

Try running AVG, Windows Defender, and Spyot S&S.
