Call them or look at the paperwork you got from them when signing your subscribtion.
well the only reason i asked what provider is cause ive had the same problem, if you are running a wireless network you are safe but, i was running a router and comcast( thats my broadband internet) called me and said one comp at a time on that line. So i found out that they are going through everyones service and making sure that their is only one ip addy. any extras cost more. Just a thought...
The last time I had internet troubles (not the same as this though) I rang NTL and they asked me to replace 2 dlls in the windows directory. Winsock.dll or something like that. Reckon this could help?
I take what n0e says way too seriously

No it wouldn't as that is a solution for the problems in the TCP/IP stack of windows 9X.
How's the second computer configured? What's the output of "ipconfig /all" at the command prompt (cmd) ........... Are you able to ping their gateway?
Lab Rati dont use a router, i have a cable going straight from one comp to the other. I have tried setting up the net on comp 2 but the same thing happens, nothing loads. I tried this also with the network disconnected.
if you do that though you have to have 1 cpu turned on if you want the other 1's internet to work.
