:bawl: Anyone in here know anything about apple iPods?? If so, I really need some help, my iPod, if you need the type 30gb photo, is frozen, and I've already tried resetting it, if there's any advice to be given I would deeply appreciate it pweez pweez pweez!! HELP!! :Puppyeyes: and anyone who can fix it, i will be your internet slave!! :bows: just kiddin' but I'd learn how, and then give you karma :D

Did you try holding down the middle button and menu for a few seconds? My 4G 40gb tends to freeze once in a while.

You cant take the battery out of an iPod.

Drain the battery for 12 hours or so until it dies. Charge it, then turn it on and see if it works.

If it is no longer under warranty then you could open the ipod and remove the battery.

Mine froze one time, in the off position. I got it to work buy plugging it into the charger and removing the cord.

I would suggest calling tech support.
