not good at all, best consider a better GPU, unless you are stuck with a notebook pc.

Get atleast a X800 GTO there really cheap these days like under 150 dollars.

i went to circuit city and the guy said i have 300watt power in my computer or something so if i wanted a bigger card i would have to up my power supply or something like that...i have a t6003 emachines...can someone help me out

Have you read the reviews? Reccomending cheap PSUs is a bad idea, although they're very cheap he won't be so happy when it dies (and a dying PSU can potentially kill the entire system).

X2 PSU is one of the things you just dont go cheap on , go for brand name like antec, the antec 480w are very popular for about $100US
