Hello, I haven't been excited about a PC game in a long time and now that Doom3 is out I find myself at the store on the day it goes on sale. So I get the game and find out I need to do a little upgrading to my system. I started out needing a new Video card. I had a NvIDIA GeForce 2 MX series and upgraded to a NvIDIA GeForce 3 T200 128 MB card. Here's the wierd part... I ran the game and did the first 2 missions before my virtual memory was too low to go on (I KNOW... I need more RAM and I am getting it for free from a friend very soon.) Then I remembered I did not update the driver. So I did and now I'm back to White screen with a light blue cursor. Sound is fine. Here is my system information summary according to the forum sticky: Computer:

it could possibly be your graphics card again, because even BF:V needs a GeForce 3 bare minimum and maybe RAM, but as u say ur getting some. apart from that, i dont know what ur problem is
my suggestion is to scrap the comp, EVERYTHING in it is old, i mean a AMD 1100+? are you kidding me. and a geforce 3 isnt anything to brag about. Get a new comp.
I agree your processor is to slow you videocard yea well that should be upped too. get a new computer.

Did you uninstall the old cards drivers first?
heres an idea... get a GOOD computer...
Me, Gimpy and Vertical all say to get a new computer. GET A NEW COMPUTER!
New computer... It's old... VERY OLD...
I think he gets the point of needing a new computer. It isn't necessary to repeat it over and over again.
It was a bit of a waste to upgrade to a GF3 to tell you the sad truth.
