Dread thinks I'm a special person

hey I have an Extreme 3D Pro Logitech joystick and I never had a problem with bf1942 using it, but in BF2 when I try to set the controls its goes all stupid on me
when I set it to pitch up for example, it will make it so pitch up and down are the same motion (you know what I mean?) When I try to set it to roll right, it will make the roll left also the same, and when i try and go to the roll left option and change it, it will not change, it only notices my joystick itself as one button kinda, and the other button like the throttle thingy is also only noticed as one button
but in bf1942 it works perfectly, anyone know what I can do?
I also reinstalled the latest driver for it

It's fine. Try playing with it like that. That's how the axis are labeled on it.
