Ok, I have a really weird problem. My keyboard works 100% fine on desktop applications and browsers etc etc. However, on ANY game that I play (steam games and wow mainly) my keyboard is extremely laggy, and takes ages to enter something as small as a username and password.

I have even tried switching keyboards from a non-wireless which plugs into a USB port, to another non-wireless which plugs into the PS/2 socket or whatever it is at the rear of PC.

Anyone know what is going on and how I could sort it??

Strange. It could be that your computer isn't remotely powerful enough to play the games. So when you're in a game your system slows down and as a result your keyboard appears to 'lag'.

What spec is your system?

Both keyboards have worked fine in games for months prior to this happening. This problem has only occured in the last few days.

PC specs are fine.

And have you changed anything in the last few days? Have you scanned for viruses, spyware and other nastiness? If you havn't, do it. If you have, what programs did you use?

id say something is eating up your memory, and when you open up a game it just gets overloaded and slows everything down check any new progams you installed, then scan for any viruses and spyware, if that doesnt work go to download.com and download some memory testing tools and see whats eating up your memory, at least thats what it sounds like to me

Have you had any disc errors lately? look in your event log, it could be a power supply issue......
