Well i whould like to make a small uppgrade to my laptop by adding on some more ram, i whould like to have 1 gig, so that it 2x 512 md ram...

well i got 512 md ram (2x 256) and i want to have 1024 (2x 512), and its a norwegen company that made it. but isent the ram the same on almoust every laptop

No. There are many different speeds. You need to find out what kind you have. A good way is to use CPUz.

go to www.crucial.com then either manually search the site via laptop make, model etc or download their system analyst tool. This will tell you exact what RAM you need. I would also recommend getting your RAM from crucial aswell, very high quality for low price, infact im using it now.

Keep in mind that when ordering you will need SODIMM sticks as opposed to standard DIMMS. Other than that, the standard rules of frequency compatability etc apply.

You need to find out what your mobo will support along side how many pins you can get (if there is a difference for laptops). Check into that and report back.
