Mine is at 45c i assumed you mean't yours was 80f,if yours is 80c then its way too hot.

Still too hot,think about getting an Arctic silencer Hsf and using arctic silver paste when you put it on,your temps should be half what you have,unless you live in a dessert:)

well i've gone and got the Sapphire X1600XT 256MB, and i'm running BF2 on max settings online, 64 player maps included, at a steady 50 FPS. as much as i would love a top end card, this X1600 is ideal

NO! never EVER get arctic HSF coolers! Arctic cooling makes good thermal paste...and decent cpu coolers, but NEVER rely on them to make a decent gpu cooler. honestly, be smart and get a zalman.
