Ok, this is the thing. I need a keyboard for gaming, but I dont want a funky z-board or MERC keyboard because I dont like the butterfly design.I have small hands and most butterfly pads look like they are for bigger hands. I just need a keyboard thats NOT wireless, and can recognize more then three keystrokes at a time. Also, hotkeys would be nice. Has to be around $50 USD.

Why has noone created a gaming split keyboard? I swear by my Microsoft Natural Split keyboard; it's probably the most comfortable one I've ever used, plus it helps a lot to improve your typing, since each hand can't reach over and hit one from the other's side, and also because you don't have to reach nearly as far for a lot of the keys.

I personally find the G15 to be wholly not worth the cost. It's also huge, by keyboard standards (is space is a concern).

And what's with the wireless animosity? Don't say lag, either, because that's the argument of an uneducated user...

I like Microsoft's wired keyboards. Yeah, I know it's a bit of a strange choice but I find they're actually pretty good for both typing and gaming. I find that most gaming keyboards I've tried rate as some of the worst peripherals I've used for anything, ever.

Personally I don't see the point of a wireless keyboard, it's just more batteries to miss about with. Wireless mice are good because the cable can interfere, but with a kb that isn't an issue. But then again, that's what rechargeable batteries are for so it's no big issue either way with a keyboard.
