Second, distilled water is the most efficient coolant for our purposes

Just at random though, wouldn't coolant be better then water lol

WTF? Coolant is nothing more than the medium used to transfer heat from the block to the radiator. You could use Jell-o if so inclined, but it wouldn't work for crap.

Woo! Just got it stable at 3.1Ghz! (239x13 / 1195Mhz HTT / 1.36V)

Its topping out at 55C with both cores at 100% load. Idle temps are in the high 30's-40C.

As he said, the 'coolant' you see for watercooling purposes is simply water with stuff added to it. These coolants have their uses (anything from being a pretty color through to being non-conductive) but are not quite as effective as proper distilled water.
