HP has decided to stop sucking in the enthusiant world, and has elected to buy Voodoo. Article here.

Most of y'all probably won't care, because I think that I'm one of the few who has a slightest clue who Voodoo is (hint: they're like Alienware, but less sucky. Think Falcon NW). It's interesting to see that HP decided integrate Voodoo pretty much entirely, whereas Dell opted to just leech profits off Alienware. Looks kinda like a skunkworks: part of HP, but not part of it.

On the surface though, it looks like a good vision.

Hope it lasts... I've always liked Voodoo.

Well that's pretty cool.

But will they keep the Vodoo name? Or just completely integrate Vodoo into HP?
