I heard that AMD's Mobile Dual-Core processor will be out Q2 of 2006. Does anyone have more information on more specifically when, and what computers are probably going to be using them.

I am getting a laptop and and wondering whether or not to wait, so any input would be extremely helpful.

Thanks

Well, if your planning on using it for Gaming, then don't wait. Especially if you expect to be able to afford another new system within the next three, to four years.

Only a few games will fully utilize Dual Core processors, for a year, or two. Those processors will not help any current games at all. In fact, they will be slower, since the older programs only support one core. Those cores will rarely getting above 2.0ghz. Computers these days get up to 3.0ghz+.
