I'm going to buy a Intel Pentium 4/ 2.8E GHz 800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache, Hyper Threading Technology - OEM and i'm not sure what mother board to buy. Does anybody know what mobo I could buy that would be the cheap and would support this processor? Also I have Windows XP so will i have to reinstall my entire operating system? Thanks, Chris

Personally I would stick to an Intel chipset, something like a Asus P4P800. It's a good solid allround board. Reinstall windows, don't just stick your HD in your new rig. I know it's a lot of work but it will save you a lot of headaches later.

Go to www.pricewatch.com, not newegg. $97 there.
