ok, i bought a Logitech mx700 cordless duo. It works fine on the desktop and programs but when i play Battlefield vietnam it takes 0.5 seconds do react. it should be doing that. i repeat, it works fine on desktop and programs. hardware is installed and all.

and ther's another problem: when playing battlefield nam when i use to scroller to change weapons in start goin madly through the list of weapons i have and it doesnt stop unles i scroll in the oppsite direction... SOMETIMES IT DOESNT STOP AT ALL. any help is appreciated.

You should install the software included in package your mice came in. Check control panel ---> system ---> hardware ---> Device manager, and confirm that you mouse is identified correct.

i have already installed it, i decided to go to the logitech site and i say a download link and there was an update to the mouse ware and itouchsoftware. now the mouse is almost perfect. i think its the reciever isnt in a good spot... but i cant find another good one. oh well its fine...

An optical mouse should not be used on a reflective surface.

Heh, i'll post a pic of what mine's on later, but it's a joke. Extremely heavily varnished antique maple, filled with scrapes, pits, dents, etc....I'm still working just fine :)
