I did switch the USB port, not to mention it's a brand new motherboard and I swapped it with something that works perfectly all the time and it still does it. Not the ports. I did uninstall it but I need to have it. It has adjustable resolution and I need it at the right resolutions when I need them.

Well, thats too bad then. It works great without the software. Maybe you can try and find a 3rd party utility or see if you can save the resolutions in windows.

I had the same problem with my mouse. Just try to put in different USB port, the problem is not in the mouse.

Then the problem should be in the mouse itself...try another mouse and see the results.

I also had this problem once and when I asked around they said it was something in my mouse that was broken >.

Kinda old thread but I'm having the same problem. But, I've have used 2 different mice (mouse?) ... and it worked fine. Then does the disconnect reconnect. I tried all usb ports with both mice and even the ps/2 adapter. It seems to take a while for it to start messing up. It drives me crazy ... no point in getting another mouse, because I tried them both on a different pc for a day and it worked just fine. I didn't have the drivers installed for either when the problem first came, so I uninstalled the mouse and reinstalled installed drivers and still no.
