Its possible that it could be a driver problem. If you are using a USB mouse try downloading the newest driver for it. You can also tinker with the computers settings.

Notice he says when he looks at "a" web page. That means any webpage. Try what I posted above. If that doesn't help just give a call to a local computer repair shop and see what they can do. Hell, call the manufacturer of your computer or mouse.

Well a webpage doesn't necessarily mean any. Not all webpages use java or flash etc. Could also be display driver related. He probably wouldn't ask specifically if it was java if it's any old page but thats beside that point :-) What browser? If you can, perhaps try firefox or something alternate to IE (if thats what you use) to see if the problem replicates. Try the following search link as well if you still have no luck. mouse cursor disappears - Google Search

Opera is a good alternative. I still think IE7 is the best. Can't wait til IE8 comes out late this year or early next year.

Oh yeah...6 years between IE6 and IE7, one year between IE7 and IE8. I can really see that happening...

Hell, call the manufacturer of your computer or mouse.[/QUOTE] No, "any webpage" would mean any webpage. This probably is a rendering or coding error (likely the former if it happens on multiple, similar pages or the latter if it's limited to one specific site). Or it could be a bigger, OS-related problem. But it probably isn't a mouse driver issue.

What does this have to with anything?
