I've had a problem with movie quality since I had my harddrive replaced. I'm wondering if anyone knows what could be the problem. I've tried downloading codecs, all sorts of media players and different video formats, and it's all pretty much the same. From time to time it does play correctly, but it happens at random.

Here's an example of a random video I clicked on the Internet. It's exactly what I see except for the lines from the monitor.

attachment.php?attachmentid=53262&stc=1&d=1163363648

Even when the color isn't messed up, it's too dark to make out any details.

That's odd. I looked at them just a few weeks ago and they all appeared normal, but right now saturation is set to 150%, and brightness, gamma, contrast set to 30%.

Everything is fixed now. Still am wondering why those settings would keep on changing though. I could open a video twice in thirty seconds and they'd look drastically different.
