I set FireFox as my default internet browser and when I click on messages with MSN Messenger, it still opens hotmail in IE. Anyone know who to change this?

Tried shutting down both applications (MSN and Firefox, IE whilst you're at it) and then re-opening them? Some preferences don't like to apply until you've restarted the program.

Oh I've actually set it as default a week ago with plenty of restarts lol. I thought it might just be Win2000 Pro, but then again, it also didn't work in XP Pro.

My guess is that Microsoft wants you using IE, and not FireFox. MSN Messenger may not recognize FireFox as your default browser.

Yep that's probably it because I also tried to use FF as my default browser for Every programs but with Msn Live! it's still opening email links with IE.
