I'm sorry for such a basic question... I feel it doesn't really belong here, but I have no other place to turn to. And Google has decieved me...
Well, I'll be short: My girlfriend has got some problems with MSN (We talk trough skype or Hotmail messenger, but MSn is more awesome...). Thing is that she can't see any of her contacts online, although they're on (like me...) She can see messages sent to her but if she tries to reply, it says "Message cannot be delivered" or something. The version is the latest one... Windows Live MEssenger 2011 I believe.
It has happened to me before and I don't really know any kind of way to fix it... Any ideas?
Thanks in forehand.

This is an issue that happens often in MSN. I had it recently as well.
You can fix it by going to the repair option of Windows Live Messenger. It should then be fixed.
If it doesn't, go to the WLM folder (Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsLive) and delete it. Also delete the folder Contacts in (Users\Username\Contacts). It should be something like "Username.contact".
And lastly, if that doesn't work either, go to \Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Messenger and backup the entire folder. Once done, delete the folder that contains the name of your MSN address (i.e. email@example.com).
