Power Supply seems fine. Or it could be dying.

Go to System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings > Under System Failure, uncheck Automatically Shutdown.

The fun part. Play some WoW, until this happens again. Tell me what comes up.

It could also be heat related. Are you overclocking?

I had a problem with my old computer like that, it froze and re-started constantly, never could get to the source of the problem, the whole thing was even re-built and it still didn't work. The most annoying thing in the world! I now have a new computer which is great. Good Luck with fixing yours!

If it comes to it, you could always reformat, but that's only as a last resort.

Before that, you might try reinstalling an older video card driver. Runing an anti-virus scan might be inorder.

Mine did that awhile back.

It was due to an overheating problem, which was instantly fixed by cleaning the fans.

Haven't had any trouble since.

I can guess a good bet it's your power supply, or the switch it's self. I had a friend who was having a problem w/ his computer - the only problem is, the computer would shutdown by it's self, but it would ask to be shutdown. Strange thing, but we fixed it by fiddling with the power switch on the front of the computer. As for your problem, I think I was having the same thing. I've had a lot of problems w/ ATi's x*00 series. I have a Radeon x700PRO PCI-E and it use to shutdown my computer in-game. I found that it was my power supply, it was sucking too much wattage. Try voltmodding your graphics card and bringing the voltage down a SMALL bit - you may find it fixes a lot!

Well, I used to have a 9600 SE a long time ago and my computer ran kind of hot to begin with and it having no fan or anything overheated so much my GPU shut down. Had to get a new Nvidia because it was such a problem. In any case, just because you've got a new power supply doesn't mean it can't go bad. I read a lot of reviews on Newegg that say the stuff they got worked for 3 or 4 days then just copped out. Maybe thats happening to you. What brand is the power supply?
