Try an nslookup on the domain, then use the IP address instead.... for example: http://forums.filefront.com and http://66.117.8.45 is the same thing. Under normal circumstances, either method should take the same amount of time. If the latter is much quicker, your have a name resolution issue.

Thats interesting big {daddy}, it takes a lot longer when I use the url, as a pose to the IP. I'm using a cable modem btw, do you think if I ran it through my network card, rather than USB it would help. I'm going to be emailing my ISP in a while, so any last min suggestions are welcome. :)

Well, you wouldn't belive it. My internet speed has suddenly sped up to its normal rate. Thanks for the help anyways guys. :thumbsup:
